Esteemed Colleagues! In 1997, my employer, the Weekly Reader Corporation, moved their offices to Stamford, Connecticut — a 2-hour-each-way bad commute. Most of their carefully-picked, and extremely talented assemblage of veteran creatives — writers, editors, designers, and illustrators — elected not to travel. (I count myself a proud member of that group.) We're an informal network of great talent, and are glad to exchange leads. My Community College colleagues also freelance and exchange leads. Have a need for editorial, copyreading, conceptual design, traditional illustration, wildlife illustration, creative writing, photography, sculpture, jewlelry, web design?
