I design and produce books in Adobe InDesign CS4, using Photoshop and Illustrator for artwork, and exporting final files via Acrobat, as certified X1A high-resolution pdf files. I am an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in InDesign CS2.
I style tables in InDesign, and also build charts and graphs in Illustrator. I enjoy working with images and can repair bad exposures (to a degree), retouch imperfections, remove unwanted parts of images, and/or composite multiple images.
First-time authors and small publishers are welcome. My rate is reasonable, and I can usually offer a quick turnaround. (The more final the manuscript and author's concepts for cover materials, the quicker and better the result, and the lower the cost.)
